In ten lessons you turn Copilot into working HR workflows, from a policy draft to your own HR agent, without putting employee data at risk.

Most HR teams open Copilot, ask it to polish an email and close it. The rest of the week goes the old way: a policy rewritten from scratch, the same announcement typed for the third time, a job description copied from last year, review season spent turning scattered notes into something fair, a turnover report rebuilt by hand every month. A new vacancy gets a full hiring kit in one pass, a new hire gets a 30-60-90 plan and a day-one deck, and managers get review drafts built on evidence instead of adjectives. HR meetings end with a recap and a task list, your turnover report in Excel is checked formula by formula, and a simple HR agent answers routine policy questions while complex cases go to a person.
