Description
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
Every medicine on the market exists because a pharmaceutical plant proved, batch after batch, that it could make the product correctly — and could prove it on paper years later. Good Manufacturing Practice is the system that makes that proof possible, and GMP knowledge is the common language of the entire pharmaceutical quality workforce: QA, QC, validation, production and engineering. This course teaches you the complete GMP system as it is actually practised, end to end.
You will start with the foundations: what GMP is, the disasters that created it, and the ten principles every control is built from. Then you will master the regulatory frameworks: the FDA’s 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211, EU GMP in EudraLex Volume 4 including the 2022 Annex 1, Health Canada’s GUI-0001, PIC/S and WHO GMP, and the ICH Q8, Q9 and Q10 quality trilogy.
From there, the course becomes a working apprenticeship inside a real quality system. You will build the pharmaceutical quality system, write and control documentation under good documentation practices, follow a batch record from master to release, and work through personnel and gowning, facility and utility design, materials management, production and in-process controls, packaging and labelling control, and the QC laboratory — including the full OOS investigation discipline. You will then cover qualification (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ), process validation in its three stages, cleaning validation, and computerised systems validation under GAMP 5 and Part 11.
The later sections cover the events that define a quality professional: data integrity and ALCOA+, deviations and root cause analysis, CAPA and change control, complaints, returns and recalls, supplier qualification and quality agreements, sterile manufacturing and media fills, internal audits, and regulatory inspections — including how FDA Form 483 observations and warning letters actually work. The course closes with quality metrics, quality culture, and a complete careers section: the QA, QC and validation roles, the employers, the CV keywords that get you shortlisted, the interview questions companies actually ask, and a 30-60-90 day plan for your first GMP job.
No HTA, no filler — just pharmaceutical manufacturing quality as it is practised in industry, taught in short, focused lectures.
