I created this introductory five-part course to offer you, the participant, a deep dive into the foundational practices and insights of communication on a technical level. After successfully working in relationship management for over 10 years in six industries and receiving a Master’s in Communication, the information in this course acts as a kick-starter and reference for your technical communication development.For those already immersed in the field of communication, this course will refine your skills by introducing unique methods and insights. If you’re a newcomer, you will find that after this course, you’ll never hear conversations or see written communication in the same way.
