Description
This level one of the course of Spirituality is for those who have no idea of what spirituality is, or who might feel confused among the great number of spiritual teachers, gurus, courses and commercial and industrial allurements. If you are looking for a serious, critical, but at the same time positive and experiential introduction to spirituality, then this course is for you. You will be guided by short steps in the universe of spirituality, starting in a friendly and easy way in this level, until you will be able to critically and at the same time positively understand the most complex aspects of spirituality. The higher levels of this course are more and more based in philosophy, but also open to horizons that range beyond the realm of rational reflection, to positively appreciate the particular language of the greatest spiritualities in the world. In this course you will get a clear awareness of the distinction between spirituality as such and spiritualities in the plurale, that is, the single specific spiritualities that almost always are considered as the spirituality, in the singular. This way you will be able to enjoy the positive aspects and experiences that can be found in each single religion, spirituality, philosophy, while, at the same time you will be able to easily determine their limits and how they can possibly complete each other. As an advanced spirituality researcher, at the end of the whole course, you will be able to build and create your own spirituality, to teach other people how to find their bearings in the contemporary world, including practical life and even politics.
