Description
In order to experience life completely, we need purify ourselves from the gross to subtle levels. Fortunately, there have been many masters and yogis in the himalayas who created actions that help remove the negativity from our physical and subtle bodies, and free us from the clutches of karma.These actions involve certain physical and mental exercises which help purify our energy body. Meditations on the energy centers as well as our subtle bodies dissipate the negative energy at the subtlest levels.
