Description
In this course, you will learn the basic foundational concepts that you need to know if you are going to develop a sophisticated and authentic spiritual practice. These concepts include the spiritual ego (a.k.a. your soul, your atman, your higher self), the bodily ego, which is that part of your psyche rooted in the neurology of your physical body, and connection. Connection refers to the ability to connect your spiritual ego and your bodily ego.In this course, you will also learn about the single most important reason you, as a person, want to pursue connection between your spiritual ego and bodily ego, and that is many and varied positive outcomes of connection (like enhanced intelligence, enhanced creativity, enhanced physical health, etc.).
In his course, you will learn about the Seven Essential Needs and why meeting these needs is important if you want to develop a healthy and permanent connection to your Spiritual Ego. You will also learn about Toxic Socialization and how toxic socialization undermines your ability to make healthy and permanent connections between your spiritual ego and bodily ego.Finally, in this course, you will learn the importance of healing the bodily ego so you can make a healthy, persistent, and pure connection to spiritual ego.
