Ever wondered what the difference is between leadership and safety leadership? Here’s a clue: there isn’t any difference! Safety leadership is just great leadership applied to safety settings. By participating in this course, not only will safety benefit, but also your general leadership ability. In this induction, we will introduce a new model of safety leadership, aptly called the LEAD model.
