This course is brought to you by One Future Collective. One Future Collective is a feminist social purpose organisation with a vision of a world built on social justice, led by communities of care. We fight for the right of each person to live a life of safety, dignity and belongingness by catalysing people-power and building just institutions.Through this course, we’ll provide participants with an overview of understanding and practicing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within workplaces. Through this course, participants will be able to understand and explore:

This is a comprehensive course with a mix of lecture-style videos, self reflection prompts, an MCQ quiz and a case study worksheet to keep you engaged throughout.
An overall trigger warning for the course: As you begin this course, we want to highlight that we will discuss oppression and its various forms, and levels at multiple points given that it is intrinsically related to DEI.
