Description

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.

The first sign that you are not leading a diverse team well is that the meetings are quiet. Here are 320 tools to change that: 214 ready-to-use procedures, question lists, checklists and templates, 101 models and methods, 4 services shown on screen and an inclusive meeting check.

Open a lecture, take the inclusive meeting check, and run it on your next meeting.

Why diverse teams stay quiet

The same people speak in every meeting, cultural differences are read as attitude, conflicts are avoided until they explode, and inclusion stays a training topic instead of a way of leading.

What changes after this course

Every voice is heard in meetings, cultural differences are understood, conflict becomes constructive, and inclusion is part of how you lead every day.

Who is teaching

I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe. I am also a founder and lead the strategy of my own academy.

As a young, ambitious specialist I heard many times that I was too young. I also heard that a role was seen as a woman’s role, so I did not fit it. Age was called a flaw that time would fix. That is how bias sounds from the inside: polite, confident and about something you cannot change today. Inclusive leadership starts when you notice these phrases in your own team.
