This course is about discovering your mind. The conscious mind and the unconscious mind are discussed. Subconscious mind and unconscious mind are the same thing. Find out about the critical mind and how it guards you from accepting anything that is harmful to you based on your primary programming from the ages of 0-5 years old. Learn how to change your negative programming. We accept everything going on in our environment without judgement. We are like a sponge absorbing water. Trance is a natural state we experience though out the day. We go into trance while driving, reading a book, talking with a best friend, watching a movie and playing a sport and more. We accept experiences with parents, family, friends, teachers and social gatherings. Hypnosis is not sleep, unconsciousness, being gullible, being weak-minded, being controlled by someone else. Hypnosis is an awake/aware state and rapport with the unconscious mind and imagination. We use ten percent of our conscious mind and 90 percent of our unconscious mind. By this we can assume the unconscious mind runs our mind and all of our behaviors. In fact, all learning happens in our unconscious mind. All hypnosis is self hypnosis.
