Description
This course imparts the ability to build effective team leaders. It also includes a section on implementing coaching and mentoring strategies and processes and evaluating the impact of coaching on the employee and the organisation. You will also learn methods to communicate effectively in the workplace by gaining an understanding of the causes of conflicts that arise. The course covers brings you through the different signs and stages of conflict and the section closes with a brief but succinct coverage of the different strategies you can use to resolve conflict.
