Hi there ! The course promotional video is my self-introduction.Designed to be similar to a university module, you will be able to
1. execute design thinking in an engineering discipline
2. understand the considerations for a mechanical product.
3. appreciate the dimensions for collaboration
This is my first time designing a course, using my background in Engineering and Education, so I hope that this inspires you to try new things and to get out of your comfort zone too. We are all here to learn. I appreciate the support and time which you are willing to spend on this course.
As explained in my introductory video, this course has been organised into 3 parts: Design, Product and Collaboration. Therefore, you have the flexibility to choose the parts which you want to spend time on. Either way, you will be able to finish your capstone project and share with me what you know. To “pass” the capstone project, there is a scoring rubric with my own feedback after you have made the final submission. By checking your work personally and giving you feedback, I hope to connect with you. Ultimately, all our ideas will be shared with one another in a document, which promotes the idea of collaboration.Please give me feedback too!
