Along the way, you’ll work with tools, custom prompts, Agent Flows, and Model Context Protocol.

You’ll then take things further by building a multi-agent case management solution. You’ll create an orchestrator agent and multiple specialized agents that collaborate to handle different parts of a business process—from application support to machine support and service scheduling.
