[100% Off] Ai Literacy For All Employees: Work Confidently With Ai
How AI works, where it fits in your job, how to use it well and safely — one hour, with real ChatGPT demos
Requirements
- A computer and an internet connection
- A free ChatGPT account if you want to follow the demos along (optional)
- No technical background, no prior AI experience, no coding — nothing to install
Description
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
One hour. Every employee. No jargon. AI Literacy for All Employees is a short, studio-quality introduction to generative AI for people who have to use it at work — not build it. It is drawn as whiteboard animation, and every tool demonstration is a genuine ChatGPT session, not a recreation.
Adoption has outrun training: roughly half of workers now use AI in their role, yet only about a third feel adequately trained. In the EU, the AI Act’s Article 4 now asks every organisation that uses AI to make sure its staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy — with no mandated format, and advice to keep a record of the training done. This course is built to be that record.
What you will learn
- What AI actually is — rules versus patterns learned from data, and what “generative” means
- How it works — next-word prediction, context, knowledge cut-off, and why it sounds confident even when it is wrong
- Where it already lives in your workday — assistants, embedded copilots and invisible AI
- Five everyday tasks demonstrated live: summarise, draft, rewrite, brainstorm, explain
- The four-part prompt — context, task, constraints, format — shown by repairing a weak prompt on screen
- Iterate, then verify — a follow-up instead of a re-prompt, and a two-minute check that catches a fabricated fact live
- Privacy and confidentiality — what never goes into a prompt, and how to lock down your own ChatGPT data controls
- Bias, transparency and accountability — real, named cases from the US, Canada, Australia and the EU
- The co-pilot mindset — draft, review, own it — and a 30-day plan to make it a habit
Everything is anchored in one realistic workplace, Larkspur Foods, a 320-person regional food distributor, seen through three colleagues: the support lead who has to use AI, the operations manager who doubts it, and the HR lead who has to keep the organisation safe.
Included: 16 lectures (about one hour), 4 real ChatGPT demos, 2 quizzes, 1 practical assignment with a fully worked solution, and the downloadable AI Literacy Cheat Sheet — prompt card, do/don’t card, two-minute verification check, 20-term glossary, 30-day plan, and an AI Use Card that doubles as your training record.
By the end, you will use AI for real work confidently, check it before you trust it, and know exactly where the lines are.
