As part of the change that is required due to the business reality, there has been a reduction in the volume of manpower that handles payments to suppliers at El Al stations around the world.To address the challenge, the Finance Division has embarked on a process of centralizing payment handling activities to suppliers in one financial services center operating in a head office.
For the sake of interest, a system and tools for automation and learning have been developed that will allow, on the one hand, efficiency and, on the other hand, an optimal solution for suppliers.
