Description
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
This course prepares you for the Nutanix Certified Professional – Multicloud Infrastructure 7.5 exam (NCP-MCI 7.5), the professional-level certification for administrators who deploy, manage and troubleshoot Nutanix clusters and the workloads that run on them.
You get 6 practice tests of 50 questions each, 300 questions total, covering the four official exam sections: Manage Clusters within a Nutanix Multicloud Environment; Manage Workloads in a Multicloud Environment; Perform DR and Data Protection in a Multicloud Environment; and Perform Operations and Monitoring in a Multicloud Environment. Nutanix does not publish percentage weights for these sections, so the bank splits its questions evenly, 75 per section, rather than inventing weights.
The differentiator: every question ships with its own original infographic, 300 diagrams total, each built for that specific question. A question about a replication schedule gets a diagram of that replication path; a question about an AHV bond gets a diagram of the bridge and uplinks.
Questions are set in a multi-cluster Nutanix estate with AHV, Prism Central and a DR relationship to a second site. They hinge on order, cause, or the right tool — which Prism workflow, which replication mode meets an RPO, why a cluster health check fires — using real Nutanix terminology such as CVM, Curator, Stargate, NCC, LCM, X-Play and Flow. Topics include cluster lifecycle and upgrades, AOS storage and data efficiency, AHV networking, VM lifecycle and resource management, snapshots, Async, NearSync and Metro availability, recovery plans, alerts and health checks, performance and capacity analysis, and automation. Every question includes a conversational short explanation plus a detailed professional explanation.
Each test is timed at 90 minutes with a 70% passing target. The real exam is 75 multiple-choice and multiple-response questions in 120 minutes, scored out of 6000 with a pass mark of 3000.
