Description
This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
354 tools for AI adoption and change management in one course: 208 ready-to-use procedures, question lists, AI prompts, templates, checklists and matrices, 75 models and methods, 57 services and apps shown on screen, and 14 downloadable tool files.
Open a lecture, take the tool, use it in your own rollout.
Why AI pilots do not scale
A company buys licences. A few enthusiasts get great results. The others open the chat twice and go back to the old way. A broken process is automated and becomes a fast broken process. Nobody was taught, nobody knows what is allowed, and the managers themselves do not use it. The technology works. The adoption does not, because adoption is a change in how people work, and change has its own rules.
What changes after this course
You know where AI saves time in a function and where it does not. Your prompts give the same quality every time. You have an assistant with your company’s knowledge and the first agent with a person in the loop. Processes are mapped and cleaned before they are automated. People are trained and supported after the training. And the rollout is led as a change: with urgency, a coalition, a vision and quick wins.
What is inside: 354 tools, counted lecture by lecture
You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.

Where the tools are
- Where AI works (4 sections, 113 tools). The landscape, tools and competencies, then AI function by function. These lessons show adoption on the example of the HR function: selection, onboarding, performance, training, rewards, culture and analytics.
- Prompts, context and agents (2 sections, 61 tools). Prompt architecture, advanced reasoning, Projects, RAG, memory, MCP and n8n. 13 tool files are here.
- Processes before automation (3 sections, 77 tools). Waste, mapping, architecture, optimisation tools and a culture of improvement.
- Teaching people to use it (4 sections, 94 tools). Diagnosis, design, delivery, transfer, support, evaluation and learning strategy.
- Leading the change (2 sections, 32 tools). Why change fails, Kotter’s eight steps, emotion, vision and making it stay.
Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe. I am also a founder and lead the strategy of my own academy.
I adopt AI in my own business first. Recently I had to change some information on my academy website: 550 course pages in different languages. Earlier I would have done it by hand for several days. I wrote a detailed instruction for an AI coding agent, gave it a browser, started it and only controlled how it worked. It worked for about a day and did the whole job from start to finish. I also learned to set rules. At one stage I noticed that the assistant sometimes invented links. I wrote it down for it clearly: never invent links, always ask me; never invent facts and numbers, always look them up. Adoption is as much about rules as about tools.
How to use the course
Start with the first lecture and find the level of AI adoption of your team. Then take the part you miss most: where AI works, prompts and agents, processes, training people or leading the change. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.
What is included
- 42 lectures across 16 sections, 20.5 hours
- 54 downloadable resources: 14 tool files and the lecture presentations
- 354 tools across the lessons, ready to copy into your own work
- Lifetime access to all materials
- Active instructor support in the Q&A section
- A Udemy Certificate of Completion
