Description
Are you ready for AB-900, or does the material only look familiar? Recognizing the names Purview, Entra ID and Copilot is not the same as choosing the right one under time pressure. This course gives you a measured answer before you book the exam.
You get five practice tests with 50 questions each, 250 questions in total, written against the AB-900 skills measured as of October 14, 2026. Every test follows the official weighting: about one third on core Microsoft 365 features and security, the largest share on data protection and governance, and the rest on Copilot and agent administration.
If you prepared for MS-900 before, be careful. MS-900 is retired and AB-900 is a different exam. Cloud concepts and the pricing and support domain are gone. In their place come Microsoft Purview Information Protection, DLP, Insider Risk Management and DSPM for AI, oversharing in SharePoint, how Copilot uses permissions and Microsoft Graph, pay-as-you-go billing, and approving and monitoring agents. Older practice material prepares you for the wrong exam. Microsoft Learn now also uses the name Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 Copilot; this course follows the names in the AB-900 study guide.
The five tests build up in difficulty:
Practice Test 1, Groundwork: one concept per question across all domains.
Practice Test 2, In Practice: short scenarios where you pick between features that are easy to confuse.
Practice Test 3, Trade-offs: two answers look right and one requirement decides.
Practice Test 4, Under the Hood: least privileged roles, defaults, admin center locations and the order of steps.
Practice Test 5, Exam Day: long case-style questions in the real exam time of 45 minutes.
Every answer option has its own explanation, so you learn why a wrong option is wrong and what it actually does. Each question also has an overall explanation that ends with a link to the Microsoft Learn documentation.
After each attempt you see your score per study guide section, so you know where to review. The pass mark is 80% for tests 1 to 4 and 85% for the final simulation, higher than the real exam on purpose.
What this course is not: it is not a video course, it does not contain real exam questions, and it does not replace hands-on practice. It is a way to test and sharpen what you have learned.
