Description
This course is my way of thanking you for supporting and following me through my parkour journey. Just know that i really appreciate it, also why i have spend a lot of time and energy creating a course that is of no cost to you! In this course you will learn the way that i strength train, and the way that has helped me overcome injuries as i have been injured since i started training parkour. If you struggle with the same thing, i hope this course can help you on your way to becoming strong and painfree!I will share my training principles, the physical exercises that i use the most and how to recover faster.
To show you how much i appreciate you, i have also added a bonus section about sleep and mindfulness!
The first thing you have to know, is that my idea of training is really different now than it was a year ago. It is also completely different to how the majority of people will tell you how to train, but i am just telling you guys what has helped me as i have been in constant pain ever since i started training.
