Your taking a walk with me in my back yard were you will see Beauty’s early spring thoaw. A little spring time stream. Apple trees evergreen trees different kind of Papa Birch cedar I think those are the trees you will seewhile learning positive self talk and self soothing. There’s a few work sheets. You can print them out or just write it out on a sheet of paper.I like to do a feeling check in before and after each session

Gently in little circles Rub Hand lotion into your hands wrist

Let’s do an exercise sit or stand as straight as you can, breath in threw your nose to the count of 5 just count and breath out one two three four five.
