Description
This course will provide the Video Teller and their manager with the knowledge and skills to provide banking services and run transactions using the TellerNow! System. Students will receive an overview of the TellerNow! System, step-by-step instructions on how to perform basic transactions and other functions. The lectures will provide steps and tips to complete Cash Deposits, Cash Withdrawals, Transfers and Check Deposits. Students will also be able to describe and perform the most commonly used Actions and Functions to facilitate customer interactions and requests.
