Description
The Network Manager System is the “brain” that drives the Interactive Teller System. It manages users rights and roles, settings, reports, balancing and audits. In particular, the system is used by Video Tellers and Call Center Managers to manage their everyday ITM activity. In this course we will mainly focus on these Call Center functions, and how the system can be used to:

Remotely view the Session, Machine and Teller Status to manage efficiency and perform service actions as needed

Balance the virtual cash drawer using the Daily Balance Report and Session Review
