Who is teaching

I met sourcing as a recruiter at Alfa-Bank in 2006, when Boolean and X-Ray search were just developing, and I closed about 500 vacancies there. At the STB television channel my team of 12 closed about 2,000 vacancies in four and a half years. I still test every claim myself: a search that promised 213,000 results turned out to have 305 when I scrolled to the last page. The tools in this course come from that practice.
