Description
This course provides information that business managers require before they embark on their Cloud adoption journey. The selective information in this course can usually be obtained by doing many technical Cloud courses, and accumulating the snippets of information that is actually intended for the business manager. This course aims to summarise all those snippets of information for the business manager who is not inclined to go do all those technical courses.The course also offers a broad overview of organisational impacts that Cloud adoption brings – and how to prepare for the impact. It covers in particular, a bespoke Cloud adoption framework, a Cloud capability model that will assist with building Cloud capabilities in an organisation and directs the business manager to the trusted Cloud security practices to ensure safe and secure operations in the Cloud.
