Most “AI for PM” courses show you prompts. This one hands you a day back and makes you prove it.

In Section 4 you measure one real reporting cycle in four buckets: collecting, formatting, re-cutting and writing. We follow Project Northlight at Lumen Freight — a €26M warehouse-management-system replacement across nine depots in three countries, run by one project manager with no reporting analyst. Deliberately unglamorous, because it’s the median project of the people taking this course. Every artefact you see is one you recognise.
