The ‘1 week to………’ is a series of courses taken from the 30 Days to conquer your anxiety, focusing on a theme each week. The first week is to gain a calm mind.
This course aims to do just that, through lifestyle adaptions, a meditation practice and a variety of yoga practices.
If you feel that you are out of shape and need to feel in control of your life, then this course is suitable for you. You don’t have to be able to do fancy yoga poses. nor be able to meditate or practice Chi Kung. These are all taught at a basic level. If you find that it is too easy, there are modifications to make them a little bit more challenging.
Although, for the purpose of this course, your mind is already hectic and racing, so you don’t really want to physically challenge yourself too much. In this case, less is more.
